Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts

 *¼   – ½ cup honey
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Brussels sprouts – cut larger ones in half

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.  Cook Brussels Sprouts until just barely tender then place in a bowl.  Mix the above ingredients together and toss with the sprouts.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 until tender and the sprouts appear golden brown.

Serve as a side dish to any holiday meal or just enjoy as part of the evening meal.

*Buckwheat blossom honey is dark and flavourful with a marked molasses flavour and is delicious on roasted vegetables.
